FREE First Wednesday of the Month

Pause for Calm and Connection

Guided Meditation (woven from Internal Family Systems and Mindful Self Compassion practices), Group Sharing, Q&A. Sign up at for Zoom link at bottom of this page.

12-1:00 pm PST

Drop ins are welcome! Feel free to invite other healing professionals. The lovely group is usually between 10-50 people–some faces visible, others just listening. The sessions are not cumulative, although the more often you practice, the more fluent and easily you can BE with your responses and emotions from a calm, curious, compassionate place.

You’ll be muted automatically and can choose to have your camera/video on or off, although it always helps our community to see one another! (but no guilt if it’s one of those days when you don’t want to be visible. I get it 😉

I open the meeting before noon, so log in and be technically settled before I begin at 12:10pm. Have pen or writing materials, paper and privacy nearby! I lead a 10-15 minute meditation, give you some time for writing or quiet reflection before opening the call up to some brief sharing, then Q&A.

Other Wednesdays Expanded Pause for Calm and Connection Group Parts Befriending, Q&A, Brief Demos with Laura

NOT the first Wednesday of the month!  12-1:30 pm PST  $29

After a guided meditation, we’ll have time for Q&A (Ask me anything!), then I’ll work with a few volunteers individually to help you experience the process of Befriending a Part. The rest of the group listens, witnesses and extends Self energy. I spend about 10 minutes with each volunteer, unless we decide together that parts need less or more time.

This is not therapy, but rather a teaching or consultation experience. Group members agree to maintain confidentiality within the group and not share any identifying information about members or content outside of this circle. Thank you in advance for maintaining group safety and trust.  I look forward to seeing you soon. Bring your courage, honesty and curiosity!
